Our volunteers are part of everything we do, from the fields to the farm table. Pick the volunteer days that suit you, work alongside our farmers, and earn tokens to spend at the farm.
Join our volunteer programHow it works
1. Join
Tap Join below and tell us a little about yourself. Our volunteer team reviews it and sends you a message when you're in.
2. Sign up for volunteer days
Volunteer days are on our events calendar. Open one, pick a time slot with open spots and tap Sign up. If your plans change, you can give your spot back from the same page until the slot starts.
3. Clock in and out on your phone
When you arrive, open My Account and tap Clock in. Tap Clock out when you leave. Forgot one? Ask us to fix your hours and we'll put them right.
4. Earn tokens
You earn 23 tokens for every hour you volunteer. They're added once your hours are approved, and if your hours are corrected, your tokens follow.
Spending your tokens
Tokens work like a discount on what you buy from us. Every 7 tokens takes $1 off.
Online
When you book event tickets, choose “Use volunteer tokens” at checkout and pick how many to use. Tokens can't be combined with a loyalty reward in the same order.
At the farm
Tell a staff member you'd like to use tokens and they'll take them off your purchase.
Your token balance and history are always in My Account.
