Created to order, we can cater to most dietary restrictions. Attendees are also welcome to book an hour in our Field Spa during this time!

Our goal is to incorporate natural materials into the art projects to enrich and educate children about how nature and art are symbiotic, whilst providing an outdoor space for parents to learn and engage in such alongside the children.

Farm Shred is a one-hour group-oriented, circuit-based workout where we flip tractor tires, carry water buckets, run laps around the field, lift weights, move, and stretch. Be inspired and inspire others to strengthen both body & mind.
