We have the essentials needed to create a stunning celebration, including tables, chairs, and tableware.
Celeste Farms Venue Rental Includes
Your rental at Celeste Farms gives you exclusive access to our beautiful outdoor spaces and indoor facilities. We’ll take care of the setup, providing tables, chairs, tableware, and linens for your convenience. The rental also includes pole lighting, ceremony setup, and breakdown.
You’ll have access to our furniture inventory* and have the option to enjoy seasonal cut flowers and foliage from the farm to enhance your tables. Our PA system can also be rented, making a DJ or live band unnecessary.

Venue Rental
Peak Season (May - October): $6,000
Off-Season (April & November): $4,000
A private buyout of the property gives you exclusive access to Celeste Farms' property and Farmhouse, as well as:
Access to PA system and Bluetooth speaker system, allowing you to play a playlist of your choice during the evening
A table adorned with a provisions board post-ceremony, complete with plates and napkins for your guests during the cocktail hour
beverage packages for your guests
An optional farm tour
Tables and chairs, along with our in-house assortment of dinnerware (handmade plates, linen napkins, silverware, and glassware) to beautifully set your dinner table
Optional locally made Artisan table vases filled with seasonal fresh-cut foliage and floral stems sourced from our property, arranged as centerpieces for dinner service.
Catering
$90 per guest for family-style service, (up to 80 people)
Designed for hosting parties typically ranging from 30 - 80 people. Catering service is centered around casual yet sophisticated family-style dining, where a beautiful spread of food is passed from person to person. Food is prepared in front of your guests over an open fire grill (weather dependent), where our farm-raised chicken is the main protein, and the entire menu is dependent on both what's in season and the dietary restrictions of the guests.
$60 a guest for mingle service (up to 120 people)
Designed for hosting parties typically ranging from 30 - 120 people. Catering service is centered around a spread of satiating station appetizers with a variety of accoutrements and is intended for special events such as birthday & anniversary celebrations, family gatherings, corporate dinners, etc.
Catering Minimum: $3,000 (before beverage service)
